The Transport Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in line with our clients strategic objectives. This is a hands-on role in raising standards and improving Fleet, Legal and Compliance. You will be the standard-bearer for operational excellence.

What will you need?

Previous experience in a Transport Management role, ideally within Construction, Utilities, Waste or Recycling
Experience in managing Fleet compliance and drivers.
Proven track record in leading and empowering teams.
Exposure to managing Transport operations across multiple offices/depots across a region.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Motivated with the ability to instil confidence in others and manage individual performance.
CPC qualification and exemplary knowledge of drivers, transport operations and driver and vehicle compliance.
Desire to become a product/service expert.
LGV licence or equivalent.
